"As the Coaching Director of STA in 30 years I have never seen a team like Barcelona dismantled the best teams or the best systems in the world. It was then I decided to introduce a lot of these ideas on how to improve individual skill and confidence on the pitch. STA takes pride in our service and is constantly looking for ways to bring innovative ideas to get away from the monotony of normal training. Using these innovative ideas will keep players attention and focus which is needed to learn in a short period of time. This year I had the privilege to be a part of a team who has won two national championships at the Mexican National Olympic games.it was here in Mexico that I was humble to hear that the training I provide is unique and productive. Having players form the US and Mexican National teams as well as ODP state regional teams compliment my training gave me the idea to bring STA to Cancun, Mexico.It was a huge success. My new goal is to bring STA programs throughout the country and expand wherever players want this unique, specialized training to give them the opportunity to attain their goals."
